About the job...
! Lead delivery of multiple robotics process automation (RPA) initiatives for OTC and FICO; manage program deliverables while maintaining adherence to governance and change management process
! Lead end-to-end business process review meetings and workshops
! Document current processes, identify opportunities for simplification and standardization
! Review areas for improvement and make appropriate recommendations including business process change, system configuration change, introduction of robotics; ensuring upstream and downstream processes and impacts are addressed
! Lead the implementation of changes including business process changes, system configuration change, introduction of robotics and automation
! Serve as the testing resource when needed; review test scripts, ensuring all positive, negative, and controls scenarios are included
! The scope of the role is global and spans all functions within Global Business Services (GBS) to include finance, payroll, IT, order-to-cash, consumer relations
About you...
! Bachelor's degree in a relevant area; finance, IT or order-to-cash
! At least 5 years of experience in one of the above-mentioned fields with a track record to deliver projects
! Experience partnering with partners across the matrix to achieve our goals
! Force the pace of decision-making with imperfect information
! Influence others and move toward a common vision or goal.
! Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships
! Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus
! Previous experience with Robotics Process Automation or RPA software a plus
! Experience working in a global company across multiple teams and regions is a plus
