Job Description:

Apply HANA in memory platform, Master Data Management, advanced analytics, and next generation cutting edge cloud data platform, LS&Co is a leading edge, data-driven retailer. The LS&Co Data and Analytics Program Manager will be an important contributor to Technology, Platforms and Solutions delivery team. You will implement next-generation data and analytics platforms while driving change across the team, facilitating, coaching, tracking and delivering solutions through a combination of traditional and Agile principles. Require a thoughtful understanding of both the traditional Waterfall and Agile methodologies, you have experience helping organizations transition to an Agile/Lean methodology. You will report to and work with the Director of Data Engineering and Analytics.

Additionally, LS&Co is a data and agreement motivated organization requiring extraordinary planning discipline. You can demonstrate these skills, and also be willing to roll up their sleeves and do the work necessary to help lead the team through this transition.

Responsibilities:
! You will lead project implementation teams to provide high-quality solutions while promoting a collaborative environment across IT, Business, and implementation partners
! You will manage all terms and conditions under which a solution scope is to be delivered
! You will maintain the project team's accomplishments by communicating essential information; coordinating actions; obtaining expert input; reviewing open issues and action items; contributing information to team meetings and reports
! Provide monitoring and control during the lifecycle of projects. Where appropriate, initiate and control escalation within the relevant organization to resolve project issues or reduce risk
! Achieve project and our goals for budget, quality metrics, and customer satisfaction by overseeing, updating, forecasting the estimate to completion and reporting on project progress
! Leadership and evangelism of SAFe processes across LS&Co IT
! You will oversee the Scrum program design including process documentation
! You will have Hands-on mentorship of scrum teams including the development of user stories and backlogs
! You will coach teams in the pursuit of aligned with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) values and principles
! Create strategies for risk mitigation and contingency planning
! Resolve program-level issues
! Present information to technical or non-technical audiences

Requirements:
! Minimum 12 to 15 years of experience Project Manager responsible for implementing enterprise software solutions with a deep understanding of the industry standard SDLC process and experience implementing complex software solutions
! Minimum 5 years of experience managing complex transformation Programs with multiple tracks; Data and Analytics transformation programs is a significant plus
! Minimum 5 years of experience transitioning teams from traditional to Agile delivery methodologies
! 5+ years of project managing experience in the areas of Data Engineering, Business Intelligence, and Advanced Analytics
! You are able to build partnerships with both team members and senior management
! Your experience in Program management tracking and reporting skills
! The ability to manage complex work activities across multiple work streams and teams
! You will proactively identify areas of improvement
! You will have experience in cross-geo interaction
! Experience implementing SAFe for Lean Enterprises
! Certification as a SAFe Program Consultant preferable
! Experience in Retail, CPG industry is a big plus

Educational Requirements:
! Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline/experience.
