We are  looking for an IT Project Manager based in our San Francisco, CA Headquarters. In this role, you would manage the daily, hands-on management of Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) Omni channel projects that promote growth for LS&CO businesses based in the US and Europe.

This is a great opportunity for  project managers to grow their career at an iconic retail company. You will use your agile and hybrid agile methodologies and work cross-functionally to help deliver solutions on our eCommerce platform into the retail stores.

Key Responsibilities
! Lead the project throughout the project life cycle, defining project objectives, aligning project resources  ensuring established timelines are met.
! Manage daily, weekly, month agile project activities such as daily scrum standup, status reports, sprint grooming, cut over planning and retrospectives. 
! Provide expert budget management, reconciliation, forecasting and reporting.
! Coordinate cross-functionally with Product and IT managers to identify specifications, indicate areas of system impact and  communicate project status and needs.
! Leading meetings across various time zones.
! Background in using Confluence and Jira to hands-on manage projects
! Follow published PMO checkpoints and approval workflow and other governance processes.
! Ensure that all PM reports are accurate and are updated on time.
! Provide management visibility into project progress, while supporting  decision-making, approvals, and direction.
! Organize and conduct periodic project reviews with key stakeholders, sponsors and leaders to provide progress and plan to key milestones, manage key decisions and mitigate risks.
! Expert ability to develop project plans, and goals.
! Ensure UAT activities meet business goals. Coordinate business approval of releases before build.
! Understand the domain and know the experts to ask the right questions to prioritize and perform necessary follow-ups to resolve issues.
! Use past experiences to identify potential areas for improvement in project performance and sharing of best practices related to overall project management.

Qualifications
! Bachelor's degree required
! Minimum 5 years IT project management experience; 5+ years eCommerce Agile project management experience
! Demonstrated budget management experience (over 5M project budget, Opex, Capex, etc..)
! Retail Solutions Background
! 5 years Agile experience
! Solid Vendor Management Skills
! Experience implementing and maintaining E commerce platforms and third-party Ecommerce applications
! Technical understanding of eCommerce and Omni channel solution landscapes, platforms.
! Experience working with global IT and business teams.

Preferred Certifications: PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, SAFe
