The Finance Director, LSA Digital is a critical role within the LSA (Levi Strauss Americas) organization.  Reporting to the LSA, Senior Vice President of Finance, this role will lead the financial planning and analysis and finance controlling activities for the Digital business unit in the United States which includes the company operated ecommerce site, pure play distribution (e.g. Amazon) and social ecommerce (e.g. Instagram shopping).

Key Results:
! Provide leadership and coordination for the budgeting and forecasting activities and business decision support to assist the business in achievement of its strategic and financial objectives
! Provide timely, value-added insights into our business that will allow the business to thoughtfully manage investment decisions
! Oversight financial controlling and compliance with the Company financial policies and internal financial controls.

About the Job:
! Lead budgeting, forecasting and analysis activities, including annual budgeting and quarterly forecasts for revenue, margin, and operating expenses working in coordination with Digital business unit and LSA regional partners.
! Be a trusted business partner to the Digital leadership team to lead the annual financial planning process, review current period results and to update financial forecasts during the year.
! Lead the financial portion of the monthly Business Review (MBR)
! Lead the financial portion of the inventory planning/purchasing processes and integration with financial budgeting (preparation of the open-to-buy budgets)
! Be a liaison to the Global DTC finance team to evaluate and support the PER process for new digital tools and capabilities.
! Lead key day-to-day business decision support with local management including but not limited to decisions on pricing, promotion, credit terms for wholesale accounts, inventory purchasing.
! Lead working capital management activities including cash flow forecasting and inventory management.
! Lead finance aspect of strategic projects (e.g. business model review, long term pricing elasticity, cost optimization)
!     Lead the finance team in region with direct reporting relationship of one ecommerce manager

About You:
!  B.A. or B.S. in Business, Accounting or Finance.
! 10+ years of progressive FP&A and accounting experience.
! High degree of flexibility and adaptability that allows you to thrive in a high-growth, dynamic work environment.
! Experience with Oracle/Hyperion financial applications (e.g. EssBase and HFM) and SAP
! Strong customer service orientation.
! Proven ability to manage multiple projects, multiple locations simultaneously and deliver high quality results
! Experience working with Financial outsourced service centers off shore and mergers and acquisition business transactions is preferred
