Duties and Requirements⏵ Perform daily operation of Mac applications and equipment for VIP's. You will provide onsite and remote support for U.S. VIP users, primarily in San Francisco, but will need to support VIP users throughout the U.S.
⏵ Provide daily technical support to employees for internal Mac desktop systems software and hardware.
⏵ Provide desk-side assistance in resolving technology support issues.
⏵ Perform installations, repairs, upgrades, backups, and other maintenance tasks.
⏵ Recommend hardware and software solutions.
⏵ Assist with onboarding of new VIP users.
⏵ The ability to have conversations with all customers or peers.
Apple Certifications a plus.
