In this role, you'll support the Global Licensing and Business Development team through administrative management of contracts, meeting organization, and project planning.  You will also be responsible for developing an online License Partner portal, refresh and present out yearly updated summary of license partner health/news. You'll also be the key Dockers Licensing Ops lead by working with Merchandising and Licensee to capture/develop Sales Plans and own the Annual Financial Plan/Forecasting process. You will partner with merchandising and supply chain to create and optimize processes to better work with our licensees as vendors.

Moreover, you will be responsible for helping prepare, review and manage timelines of contract renewal process and also assist in helping the Category Management team work with the admins to secure milestone meeting space. This role will also be leveraged special research projects to inform strategic projects.

Key Responsibilities:
! Manage SAP invoice process and ensure appropriate documentation for projects/audits
! Assist Category Managers to plan and organize Licensing milestone meetings
! Gather and organize license partner information and digitize content in user friendly format
! Present out to team on a ½ yearly basis on the status and highlights of the license partners
! Proactively identifies issues and recommends solutions to drive sales performance with our licensees
! Assist in contract process
! Be a key team member on Licensing Operational Projects representing the Licensing business on cross-departmental initiatives
! Work to understand company processes and interfaces well with cross-functional partners
! Support Licensing Ops team during financial forecast periods for Levi’s
! Drive financial forecast process for Dockers
! Ad-hoc research and projects

Job Requirements:
! Bachelor's degree in a related field
! 5 years working experience
! Strong project management experience interfacing with a variety of professionals and levels
! Some experience with legal contract work
! Experience working in Excel and doing data analysis
! No job too big or too small mentality
