In partnership with the Senior Director of Diversity & Inclusion, the Senior Manager, Equity, Inclusion, & Belonging is a key strategic partner to business leaders and HRBPs. You will lead the business develop function of the D&I team through consulting, advising, providing insights, and guiding leaders to the solutions they need to implement inclusion into our 4 main business strategies. This role will be a trusted and credible resource to help create a diverse and inclusive workplace that embraces belonging for all dimensions of difference.

About the Job! Create a psychologically safe and inclusive work environment where all dimensions of difference are valued and represented, and employees feel welcome and able to bring their authentic selves to the workplace
! Are a trusted business development partner to support business leaders in driving diversity, inclusion, and belonging into their everyday business and personal interactions.
! Develop and lead Affirmative Action Planning; direct work of external vendor to ensure compliance with all local, state and federal laws
! Achieve outstanding global programs that highlight and develop women, especially women of color, at all levels within LS&Co.
! Improve diverse employee representation in partnership with Talent Acquisition at executive and leadership levels.
! Grow D&I programming regionally and expand into retail operations.
! Develop fully operational D&I metrics for a quarterly Inclusion Score Card.
! Build women’s programming into a strong global event resource
About You! 8-10 years inclusion strategy design and/or leadership
! 8+ years combination of designing and delivering diversity and inclusion programming and/or employee resource group leadership and/or development
! Proven track record for critical thinking; ability to leverage data and insights to influence and develop solutions.
! Strong ability to inspire leaders and empower employees at all levels throughout organization
! Solid collaborator; puts the success of team above individual successes or recognition
! Strong ability to influence senior executives and respectfully push back when needed
! Excellent attention to detail in designing and reporting Affirmative Action plans and information in a timely manner
