As the Analyst, Global Strategic Sourcing, you will report to the Sr. Director of Global Strategic Sourcing and will be supporting multiple cross-functional projects across key categories of indirect spend. Working with category managers, you will drive bench marking and industry research, data gathering and analysis and category strategy development. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on projects across many categories including marketing, ecommerce and IT services, to name a few. You will also be asked to participate in vendor negotiations, building and executing Requests for Information and Requests for Proposals, stakeholder management, and value analysis.
Qualifications
! Bachelor's degree; ideally, relevant internship experience
! Strong analytical and problem solving skills
! Negotiation skills
! Good communication, including strong presentation skills
! Able to approach projects with a high degree of curiosity and willingness to identify innovative solutions
! Solid judgement, including the ability to anticipate the impact of decisions
! Experience working on business process improvement and strategy projects is a plus??
