We're looking for a Senior Analyst to support merchandising operations through management of the strategic pricing plans and procuring all data analysis for merch deliverables. You'll partner with teams across channels to align pricing strategies and improve margins. You'll also lead special projects as determined by the merch operations director to inform pricing shifts and data needs within LSA, Levi Strauss Americas.
About the Job
⏵ Support the director in regional pricing strategy development including identifying pricing changes, planning, and communication
⏵ Lead analyses, including a review of competitive pricing shifts, to support identifying new price and promotional opportunities
⏵ Manage milestones to ensure perceived value and appropriate initial pricing is maximized
⏵ Align channels on promo calendars and lead cross-functional discussions
⏵ Communicate category level COG needs to global merchandising to simplify process and align all channels
⏵ Drive standardization and simplification of reporting tools and metrics across all channels for LSA
⏵ Manage data-driven deliverables and provide analysis roll ups to support GTM and in-season activity for LSA
⏵ Bachelor's degree in a related field of study
⏵ Working knowledge of apparel industry with 4+ years of experience
⏵ Working knowledge of pricing elasticity across multiple channels of distribution
⏵ An understanding of retail math, margin metrics, and category pricing
⏵ You will have a high degree of cross-functional interaction with Regional Merch, Country Merch, and Planning. Must be able to collaborate both effectively and efficiently.
⏵ You're an expert with Excel, proficient in Word and PowerPoint
