We are looking for a data architect to lead solution design for our Direct to consumer data platform.
Data solution architect is responsible for managing full life cycle of our data pipeline solution including requirement analysis, platform selection, technical architecture design, application development, testing and deployment of proposed solution.
We are looking for a candidate with 8+ years of working experience in data architecture or lead data engineer role.??
In order to be successful in this role: candidate should have:
! Experience with Data storage solutions: Redshift, Document DB, Aurora DB, Redis, AWS Neptune, Mongo DB, ElasticSearch and similar.
! Firm understanding of programming languages: Java, Python/ R
! Experience working with ETL/ Replication solutions: Talend, AWS DMS, DataPipeline, Elastic MapReduce and Glue
! Experience designing solutions for large data-warehouses and be able to architect and advise on data lake solutions.
! Firm understanding of cluster and parallel architecture in context to data warehouse design.
! Experience designing high scale/ distributed RDBMS.
!
You should also have a firm understanding of the following skills needed for solution design/ architecture:
! Be able run system benchmarks and analyze bottlenecks.
! evaluate technology solutions
! Document solution design and use cases
! Perform analysis of business problem and technical environments to aid with designing solutions
