About the Job
⏵ Build 18-24 month strategy for Men’s, Adult Tops, and Licensing lines in partnership with VP

⏵ Lead the development with Design and Product Development of consumer-focused product assortment that is commercially viable and achieves a global brand look and feel

⏵ Lead and approve line architecture that meets consumer and customer needs, affiliate briefs and financial targets.

⏵ Understand competitor market and opportunities to grow. Identify opportunities for growth

⏵ Lead the strategic execution for the brands with Sales and Planning. Working with US Sales teams and International affiliates to sell in the line

⏵ Build, develop, and retain outstanding Merchant talent

⏵ Build and model collaborative, cross-functional relationships
About You
⏵ Bachelor’s degree (5+ years combined college education and work experience may be substituted for a degree)

⏵ Minimum 8 years merchandising experience working at an apparel brand and minimum 4 years experience as a people manager.

⏵ Strong analytical thinking to interpret data and consumer insight

⏵ Interpret trends for the consumer
