LS&Co. is looking for a talented MBA student with a deep interest in the world of retail apparel to join our US Digital Owned & Operated team for 10 weeks this summer. We’ll give you the experience of working on a critical business initiative with exposure to senior leadership. In return, we hope you’ll help us reach our goal of becoming the world’s most loved, most relevant lifestyle brand again by bringing your perspective, insight, and knowledge about what consumers are looking for when it comes to shopping for and buying clothing. In addition to your day-to-day responsibilities, interns will be exposed to all areas of our business and all of our brands. To top it off, you get to spend the summer in San Francisco!

Position Overview:

LS&Co is currently in a revolutionary phase as it seeks to transform into a best-in-class omnichannel retailer. To support this goal, LS&Co is currently developing its global loyalty and CRM capabilities. We are looking for a dynamic, high-performing individual with a passion for retail, ecommerce, marketing, and analytics to join our team this summer. As our Loyalty Analyst, your primary focus will be on supporting the successful rollout of a US-based loyalty program. This program will ultimately serve as the primary method for understanding our known consumers’ behaviors, and will be one of the key drivers of levi.com and Levi’s stores sales in the US. In a highly cross-functional role, you will be required to work with team members from key internal stakeholder groups – including analytics, data science, engineering, and product – and external vendors alike.

Your primary responsibilities may include (but are not limited to): 
! Further develop and refine program KPIs to track and measure impact of loyalty efforts
! Assist in the creation of financial models to support the program business case and identify ways to show incremental value and ROI of program
! Develop queries, analyze data sets, and build real-time cross-channel reporting dashboards accessible via Tableau 
! Generate insights about the use and effectiveness of program components, and make optimization recommendations to improve acquisition, retention, winback, personalization, and promotional strategies
! Assist in the development, execution, and measurement of a cross-channel test-and-learn roadmap
! Perform research to identify industry trends and best practices

Requirements for the Internship:

·       Bachelor’s Degree
! Currently enrolled full-time in a top-tier MBA program, with expected graduation in spring/summer 2021

·       Advanced experience with Microsoft Excel

·       Experience in writing and executing SQL queries

·       Experience in building reporting and data visualizations in Tableau
! Familiarity with CRM and digital marketing key metrics

Additional Qualifications:

! Adaptable, analytical thinker who can work well in both strategic and executional capacities

·       A willingness to learn and work hands-on with new technologies, processes, and job functions

·       Ability to prioritize well, communicate clearly, and drive a high level of focus

·       Strong verbal and written communication skills; detail orientated and thorough
! Strong interest in marketing within the apparel industry
