Key Responsibilities:


⏵      Deliver financial results (Sales, Ecom Penetrations Rates):

⏵ Deliver Double Digit sales growth

⏵ Develop monthly AFP and forecasts that hit sales growth targets

⏵ Partner with Wholesale Account and sales teams to deliver the monthly promotional calendar

⏵ Deliver brand content necessary to drive sales

⏵ Lead real time re-calibration of strategy and tacitcs to respond to in-year changes in market and consumer dynamics; manage day to day business and escalations

⏵ Make in-year optimization decisions across each of these operating expense categories

⏵ Build a long term sustainable by account growth strategy that is brand accretive

⏵ Determine necessary team skill sets, size and location to deliver the business

⏵ Cultivate a mutually beneficial, strategic relationship with Wholesale accounts and sales teams

⏵ Build strong, high level strategic partnership with Key Accounts.

⏵ Manage potenatial In season channel concerns around pricing / messaging to optimize LS+Co success across all digital channels

⏵ Lead Wholesale.com innovations partnerships.

⏵ Site Merchandising: Ensure market leading, Account-specific site merchandising capabiltiies used to manage our site presence on Wholesale.com accounts.

⏵ Planning + Allocation:Partner with LSA Planning + Allocation team to ensure appropriate pre-season planning (POP, size curves) and in-season management of account demand is completed to maintain high service levels, fill rates and in-stocks (matrix)

⏵ LS+Co Thought leadership:Provide ecommerce thought leadership across LSA digital ecosystem and LS+Co on emerging Digital ecommerce marketplace strategies and ecommerce specific core capabilities

⏵ Be a positive representation of the business to the broader company employee base

⏵ Represent Key Wholesale accounts within LSA:Partner closely with other LSA digital channel leads to maximize sales across themarket while minimizing channel conflicts and providing an optimal consumer experience.Represent LS+Co in industry:Engage broad ecommerce and technology industry representing LS+Co as an innovative and growing ecommerce company on panels, as a speaker at conferences and at industry events as appropriate
