About the Job
The Service Now Sr Solutions Architect collaborates with the business stakeholders and the development team to design scalable and cost efficient solutions using the Service Now platform. You will guide solutions design and systems architecture that aligns with the expected business outcome. You will keep up with the latest ServiceNow releases, and new products and capabilities to guide ServiceNow's technology road map at LS&Co.

Key Results:

⏵ Create, documents ServiceNow configuration, design and integration. Communicate best practices / frameworks.

⏵ Develop solution patterns across the ServiceNow platform to use automation and integration capabilities of ServiceNow, focused on using business services with out of the box capabilities

⏵ In-depth expertise in technical and functional design requirements for Service Now to construct a road map that meets stakeholder goals and the broader enterprise vision

Key Responsibilities:

⏵ Apply new technical solutions to business and the application processes.

⏵ Lead diverse stakeholder discussions and help translate business requirements into technical specs for execution of enhancements, stories, applications, etc.

⏵ Push automation-first strategy and mentor team members towards this direction

⏵ Provide expertise and act as a technical product advocate within the Service Now platform

⏵ Evaluate new features and produce comprehensive recommendations.

⏵ Produce and maintain detailed system documentation including design specs, maintenance, troubleshooting, deployment, disaster recovery, tech notes, and testing, etc.

Minimum Education Required:

⏵ Bachelor's degree in an appropriate field from an accredited college/university or equivalent work experience????

Years and Type of Experience Required:

⏵ Minimum of 5 years of experience with Service Now

⏵ Requires 3+ years of solutions architecture experience applying ServiceNow

⏵ Experience with ServiceNow Modules should include ITSM, ITOM, HR, Knowledge, SDLC and Service Portal??

⏵ ITIL v3/4 certification preferred

⏵ ServiceNow certifications preferred
