In this role as the Sr. Analyst, you will be a key member of the corporate Real Estate team supporting real estate strategy, reporting, and transaction management. The Levi Strauss & Co. Real Estate and Facilities Department provides global transaction support and maintains and manages the U.S. property portfolio of owned and leased properties You will report to the Sr. Director of Corporate Real Estate and Facilities.

Real Estate Strategy & Analytics
! Real estate related analysis and guidance on the acquisition and disposition of owned and leased facilities
! Collect and consolidate data relevant to real estate projects including transportation, demographics, markets trends, labor availability, cost, and others
! Research and benchmark industry best practices, report on relevant comparisons of LS&Co performance against peers
! Support leadership in the development of strategy around global real estate activities
! Manage documentation of process and strategy for real estate team
! Support global management with the real estate broker relationship

Reporting
! Manage internal reporting to share with key stakeholders. Key metrics will include project status, property statistics, risk, and other key site metrics.
! Develop facility and real estate reporting tools providing leadership with a clear understanding of the overall real estate portfolio performance
! Financial analysis of projects collecting and sharing essential facts and figures to finance to support financial evaluations
! Manage critical dates and database maintenance of global real estate portfolio and provide quarterly updates with relevant market information

Project Management
! Support RFP bid reviews, negotiations and finalizing contracts for leases, facility vendors, architects, outside legal counsel, real estate brokers, contractors and others
! Support real estate lease transactions, including review of LOIs and lease documentation for accuracy and completeness
! Project management services or consulting on real estate and facilities projects, including assisting in the initiation of Project Expenditure Requests (PER) and tracking actual project costs versus budget
! Non-Retail TIA management and close-out

Minimum Qualifications and Skills:
! Bachelor’s Degree
! Minimum of 3 years' of relevant work experience
! Ability to support a global portfolio and the time and the associated time commitments
! Can interpret legal terminology and lease clauses
! Analytical, problem-solving and project management skills
