The Senior Planner develops pre-season and in-season sales, inventory and margin plans for the Dockers brand at Kohl’s. You will be a trusted advisor to the regional wholesale teams (Merchandising, Sales, & Inventory Management) to guide the vision for the customer and the brand. You contribute to the success of the organization by forging diverse partnerships, creating forecasts based on historical and current trends, and leading plan reviews.
About the Job! Develop bottoms-up item plan forecast for Dockers brand at Kohls.
! Partner with Sales and Merchandising to guide important decisions and develop seasonal strategies.
! Conduct quantitative analysis to increase sales and profitability; monetize new opportunities and identify risks.
! Lead the account monthly Plan Review process by presenting and promoting the plan position in relation to annual financial targets.
! Gain agreement from customer, LS&Co leadership and diverse partners and build the plan positions.
! Identify opportunities to increase sales and revenue
! Partner with inventory management to reconcile supply and customer demand monthly.
! Advocate the End-to-End Planning process and the brand’s go-to-market calendar.
! Travel up to 25%.
About You! Bachelor's degree (8+ years of combined college education and work experience may be substituted for a degree).
! Minimum 5 years of experience in a retail/wholesale planning function
! Forecast/planning experience in the apparel industry preferred
! Lead projects with multi-functional partners
! Strong organizational skills, motivated, and focused on meeting deadlines
! Experienced team member who has exceptional analytical, communication and influencing skills
