Reporting to the VP of People and Culture, the Director, Diversity and Inclusion will lead LS&Co’s continued culture-based programs related to diversity and belonging. You will promote systemic and behavioral actions and changes to increase inclusivity and diversity.

As an essential member of the leadership team, you will lead LS&Co.’s continued work around a company wide diversity and inclusion strategy. This includes partnering closely with: Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Merchandising, Marketing, Supply Chain, Corporate Communications, and external community partners.
About the Job! Partner with Talent Acquisition to promote continued commitment to building talent pipelines for underrepresented groups and an inclusive hiring process ensuring that our employee population reflects the diverse client population we serve.
! Increase awareness and establish accountabilities to hire/advance underrepresented candidates. To include: collecting, updating, analyzing and presenting our diversity metrics, engaging senior level champions, and gaining commitment to participate in diversity recruitment and engagement programs.
! Enhance and evolve our existing Inclusive Mindset/Unconscious Bias training programs and evaluate our needs for additional programs and trainings.
! Identify and recruit outside speakers that represent inspirational leadership from under-represented groups.
! Support our 10 existing Employee Resource Groups by providing coaching and thought partnership on programming and influence internally and for our business
! Manage external partnerships with community and national organizations to grow inclusion and equity in our communities
! Consult with market research/client insights team on data collection and review insights and themes to develop actions to foster a more inclusive client and employee experience
! Network with other companies on D&I best practice – build industry coalitions where needed
! Own the development, analysis and measurement of program impact with key metrics and objectives.
! Advise cross-functional partners to develop inclusive product offerings and opportunities for our clients and our people.
About You! 7-10 years’ experience leading Belonging, Inclusion, Equity and Diversity programs in a corporate environment
! 5+ years leading people as this role leads a team of three
! Team player with ability to thrive in a fast paced, energetic environment
! Advanced project management skills to include leading cultural and enterprise-wide change in partnership with diverse leadership groups.
! Served in a role advising a business on best practices to resolve talent gaps by influencing succession planning processes and hiring outcomes
! Demonstrated success influencing partners
! Depth of expertise and understanding of diversity, and inclusion principles and compliance of these principles
! Demonstrated curiosity, a growth mindset and a high level of optimism
