As the Manager, Global Retail learning and development, you will be responsible for driving learning and development initiatives that help our stylists provide world-class service, streamline productivity, and drive sales. 

You will need to manage overall project deliverables from conception to execution, use change management principles to effective drive and reinforce behaviors, obtain alignment on key business decisions, and define and monitor initiative success. This position will need to work closely with several functions including: E-Commerce, Omnichannel, Innovation, Productivity, Global and Regional Retail teams, Global and Regional Training teams, Finance and IT. This role will report to the Director, Global Retail Integration.

Job Duties:
! Work with a cross-functional team including E-Commerce, Omnichannel, Innovation, IT, Store Operations, Retail Training, and Finance
! Partner with stakeholder groups to define key stylist behaviors, and leverage available resources to develop, deploy, and reinforce behaviors across multiple regions and business models
! Provide training and change management expertise to business teams implementing key store-facing initiatives, and partner with stakeholders to design, implement and reinforce training programs
! Lead the development and deployment of training content for stylists in collaboration with a diverse stakeholder group
! Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and track project success
! Understand store operations and identify optimal ways to train stylists on key operational and consumer service behaviors
! Conduct business partner discussions to solve and align on key questions that arise during projects
! Resolve project issues with a hands-on approach

Experience:
! BS/BA; MBA preferred
! Change management experience and certification a plus
! 3-5 years of experience in retail, retail operations and training
! Experience leading projects
! Exceptional problem-solving, business judgment, and analytical skills
! Understanding of retail and online landscape
! Relentlessly resourceful and able to drive projects autonomously
! Ability to work in cross-functional teams
! Strong communication skills
! Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint required
! Understanding of P&L
