The Sr. Business Analyst, Retail Franchising is a critical role within the Global Direct-to-Consumer organization. Reporting to the Director, Global Real Estate and Partner Retail, you will help grow and optimize our fleet of 1,700 partner retail stores. You will be responsible for analyzing the performance of our partner retail stores and making recommendations to improve their productivity, profitability, and consumer experience. Additionally, you will work with cross-functional teams to implement strategic initiatives with partners, including: omni-channel capabilities, new POS system, and NextGen store concept.
⏵ Support the Global Partner Retail Team
⏵ Analyze the performance of our partner retail business and identify opportunities to improve productivity and profitability
⏵ Lead the development of our Partner Playbook 2.0
⏵ Conduct Partner Assessments and Market Reviews
⏵ Partner with business and legal to improve our Global Franchise Agreement
⏵ Support strategic initiatives, including: roll-out of omni-channel capabilities, new POS system, NextGen store concept
⏵ Coordinate our Global Partner Retail Meetings and Brand Days with partners from around the world
⏵ Create tools to support regional and country teams and standardize ways-of-working
⏵ University Graduate or other relevant education
⏵ Degree in quantitative field is preferred but not necessary (i.e., Finance, Math, or Engineering)
⏵ 2-3 years of work experience in retail, consulting, or analytical function
⏵ Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
⏵ Ability to perform financial analysis with limited guidance
⏵ Ability to develop PowerPoint presentations with limited guidance
⏵ Understanding of financial statements
⏵ Fluent in English, spoken and written
⏵ Preferably fluent in a second language
⏵ Proactive and eager to learn and progress
⏵ Strong analytical acumen
⏵ Able to understand business strategy
