The Global Merchandising Manager leads the Dockers licensing GTM, business relationships and deliverables with Dockers Licensing partners across categories.
About the Job! Mange the licensing GTM and deliver the following to partners on time and complete
! Manage bi-weekly partner product development calls and ensure information and materials are provided on time.
! Mange the distribution of seasonal concept decks and color palettes, including providing custom color references and seasonal patterns for partners to use for their categories.
! Be the point of contact on the day-to-day business – fielding questions, providing materials and assets as needed for partner’s meetings
! Participate in product line reviews (from Concept share out to Line Finals).
! Manage and monitor the Dockers.com accessories and footwear business
About You! Bachelor's degree ( 5 years combined college education and experience may be substituted for a degree)
! Minimum 3 years experience direct merchandising experience working at an apparel manufacturer or marketer
! Excellent project management skills with ability to manage numerous projects simultaneously
! Outstanding organizational and communication skills
! Excellent prioritization and problem solving skills
! A high degree of flexibility and initiative
! Strong influencing skills
