We are looking for a Wholesale Allocation Analyst - South to join our team Planning & Allocation based our European Headquarter in Brussels. You'll report to the Merchandise Planning Manager.

You'll be a trusted member of the Geo Retail Trading team to support brand/category E2E vision. You'll execute product initial allocations to the store level and managing in season replenishment according to store needs and stock capacities. You'll work closely with Inventory Management and Order Fulfillment partners to optimize stock opportunities across Distribution Centers.

About the Job! You will translate seasonal buy plan into orders to stores, analyze the order files and ensure maximized on time and complete order conversion (pre-shipments, force allocation etc.) in line with store capacities.
! You will review orders blocked for exceptions (system rejections (VIR, J0), delivery blocks, credit blocks, past RDD etc.), take actions to maximize conversion.
! You will update weekly allocation parameters to improve store/door sell through via automated replenishment system.
! You will apply specific parameters for stock build up for upcoming peak periods/lower trading periods in alignment with in season trading strategy.
! You will analyze outcome of replenishment orders to ensure accurate shipments to store and minimize workload in store/business impact in case of IT issues generating incorrect orders.
! You will build store opening orders for new stores.
! You will report analysis of orders and fill rate; provide ad-hoc reporting needs as required.
! You will visit retail stores to gather market intelligence and reflect essential take outs in replenishment strategy.

About You! Bachelor’s/Master's degree in Finance, Retail Management and Business/Administration or Engineering.
! You have 1-2 years in a corporate environment (apparel industry preferred) with Stock Management experience preferred. 
! You have technical proficiency with computer software tools and you are a fast to learn new ones.
! You are proficient in excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets).
! You are comfortable with analyzing a big amount of data and you consider that you are a problem-solver, including the ability to quickly identify and communicate with partners and consumers on marketplace information.
! You like having different projects simultaneously and have a focus on collaborative and international teamwork.
! You have a proficient/native level Spanish and English.
