As the Global Marketing Manager you'll help provide Global brand communications that support global goals and build the brand with a keen focus on US as the global market-leader.
About the Job
⏵ Support the Global Sr. Director in the development of all global creative/communications together with agency partners and internal Creative Services group
⏵ Support Global Sr. Director by managing all marketing GTM milestones
⏵ Work cross functionally to increase partnerships:
⏵ Global Operations and Project Management to promote Marketing GTM, striving for process improvement
⏵ Across marketing (Customer, PR, Digital) to ensure powerful 3600 program approach
⏵ BE and Creative Services to ensure output goals are met against brand challenges and opportunities
⏵ Marketplace Insights and Commercial teams to provide ongoing assessments with applicable insights
⏵ Work with US Director to launch global projects in the US Market:
⏵ Partner closely with US merchandising to guide development of seasonal promo calendars that support essential projects and promotions
⏵ Develop Creative and Brand Environment seasonal briefs that lead development of on-floor programs, adapting global assets for US market
⏵ Partner closely with US marketing team to develop promotional events that improve the store awareness, traffic and sales.
⏵ Collaborate with Dockers.com marketing lead to ensure US eCommerce partnership and program consistency
⏵ Be a global brand advocate to ensure Dockers DNA reflected in all work and One Brand represented in the marketplace
⏵ Support a consumer and competitor-obsessed culture
⏵ Minimum 5 years marketing experience
⏵ Excellent project management skills with ability to manage numerous projects simultaneously
⏵ Outstanding organizational and communication skills
