As Dockers Brand Marketing Manager, you'll provide support to the Dockers Marketing department for the development of marketing programs, brand communication, and media campaigns, based on consumer insights and brand positioning that achieve the Annual Financial Plan and Strategic Business Plan.

HQ Brand Marketing

⏵ Lead & Create PR & Social Media guidelines, tools and content in Europe in coordination with Dockers Europe Big ideas, Strategies and Global Guidelines.

⏵ Work closely with Global Marketing to ensure European strategies are embedded in the Global briefs. Represent Dockers Europe in Global briefs and meetings.

⏵ Ensure full alignment to the overall Marketing strategies by working closely with Merchandising, Brand Environment, Ecom and Local country marketing.

⏵ Work closely with the countries to create an effective governance process to ensure alignment to Guidelines and results.

⏵ Keep track of the PR & Social Media A&P budget and ensure increased efficiencies by leveraging tools at pan European and Global scale.

⏵ Inspire, Motivate & Manage Pan Eu Social Media and PR agencies via weekly calls and effective briefings.

⏵ Lead the execution and coordination of Pan EU PR and Social Media projects in close partnership with Global, HQ functions and the markets (360 launch, Always On Engagement programs, Sell-in tools, Training materials, etc).

⏵ Monitor PR and SM KPI’s working closely with agencies and the countries to create an efficient reporting process. Share the best practices across markets.

⏵ Deliver a full ROI analysis to make sure there’s a broad understanding of the programs business value

⏵ Preparing, distributing and presenting performance reports on a regular basis to all key stake holders

⏵ Monitor market and competitions best practice in Europe

⏵ Keep updated the EU Marketing Calendar including all Consumer, Brand Environment, PR, Channel Marketing and activities in close collaboration with the countries.

⏵ Maintain the library of ATL/BTL materials and update the filing system. Ensure the updates are communicated to the countries as well as to the relevant agencies.

⏵ Support the Dockers brand team in the organization and coordination of GTM events

⏵ Keep track and ownership of the HQ Marketing Sample Set for shootings, trainings, events, etc.

Coordination with &

⏵ Be the main point of contact from Brand Marketing towards ensuring calendar and stories alignment, and full efficiency in assets usage.

⏵ Work closely with the Ecom Design Studio to ensure full alignment to brand guidelines on all Ecom content (imagery, copy, etc).

⏵ Work closely with the team to create effective campaigns and marketing strategies with pure players (Amazon, Zalando) that are aligned with Brand Guidelines.

⏵ Lead and execute Marketing Campaigns with ZMS and Zalando, working closely with the sales lead to deliver financial targets for the account.

⏵ Work closely with the BCOM and Wholesale team to ensure the BCOM and Download portals have the right seasonal assets in place

⏵ Create Seasonal PR and Social Media toolkit for wholesale and retail accounts.

Travel requirement: 20%

Qualifications & Experience:

⏵ You'll have a Bachelor Degree in marketing, communications or business

⏵ 5 + years’ experience in Brand Marketing, Communications roles

⏵ Experience working on photo shoots, Media agencies and PR agencies

⏵ Relevant contacts within the fashion, lifestyle and music industry would be a benefit
