Title: Omni-channel Delivery Architect
We are looking for an Omnichannel delivery architect to lead solution design in collaboration with solution architect for enabling Omnichannel Direct to Consumer capabilities.
Omnichannel Delivery Architect manages solution engineering. You will work very closely with the delivery manager building the end-to-end solution. (life cycle including requirement analysis, technical architecture implementation, application/ program development, testing and deployment of proposed solution across all channels – Online, Mobile, Stores, API interfaces and other engagement platforms)
The delivery architect would be the one having most crucial bits of information and knowledge without which, the delivery manager would never can perform his responsibilities.
We are looking for someone in retail/eCommerce space driving and enhancing omnichannel capabilities applying consumer data platform.
Qualifications and experience:
! Bachelor’s Degree: Computer science or similar with 8+ years of experience or Masters in Computer science and similar with 5+ years of experience.
! 5+ years of experience delivering and operating large-scale available distributed systems driving omnichannel capabilities.
! Document solution design in collaboration with solution architect and build technical artifacts to aid development.
! Hands-on technical leadership experience
! Technical knowledge of cloud infrastructure operations
! Working knowledge of databases, NoSQL data stores, storage and distributed persistence technologies
! Understand Micro-service architecture
Candidate must have:
! Solid technical experience in managing technical task implementation and stakeholder management
! Have technical experience performing end-to-end Omnichannel capabilities (Ship From Store (SFS), Buy Online Pick-up in Store (BOPIS)) at scale for a global organization.
! Experience working with product management and business teams in defining and prioritizing in-scope features.
! Be an important advisor to leadership using data to test theories, confirm assumptions, and measure success
! Can evaluate technology solution and run POC to implement proposed solution design.
Technology experience:
! Experience architecting Omnichannel solutions for high traffic e-commerce and point of sale systems
! Implement availability, scalability, and performance plans
! Understand Enterprise Order management system (Manhattan EOM or similar solutions)
! Understand API (REST), API Management and building scalable Web APIs
! Understand Database, Middleware, Security, and Performance tuning of web domains
! Understand SAP Hybris ecommerce platform or similar solutions
! Passion for security and a understanding of threats, vulnerabilities and compliance standards
! Preferred experience with AWS services (AWS Cloud Formation, S3, VPC, etc
Knowledge of data migration (to public cloud) practices and technologies
