In this role as the Sr. Financial Analyst, FP&A Wholesale, you will support FP&A for the US Wholesale business, including financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting. You will report to the Sr. Manager of Finance and will work closely with members of the finance and accounting teams as well as cross-functional business partners.

Your responsibilities
! Monthly and quarterly financial forecast, Annual Financial Plan, Seasonal Strategic Planning in alignment with key functional team members
! Partner with key stakeholders to ensure accurate financial reporting and management against targets including month and quarter end close activities and variance analysis
! Prepare and maintain accurate and timely management reports to inform state of the business such as customer profitability, monthly actual comparisons and volume summary
! Partner with the sales and planning teams in management of sales dilution programs
! Maintain current customer hierarchy structure within Essbase
! Collaborate with business partners to monitor results and provide data and analysis with focus on key financial metrics
! Apply business knowledge to ad hoc analysis to help influence business decisions

Your qualifications
! Bachelor's degree required, Finance or Accounting major preferred
! Minimum 7 years of experience in FP&A, accounting, corporate finance, commercial banking, or investment banking
! Proficiency with financial reporting and analysis, forecasting, budget management, and development of controls and procedures
! US GAAP accounting knowledge, and experience with Income Statement and Balance Sheet
! MS Office, specifically Excel, skills
! Experience with Hyperion Essbase, SAP a plus
! Strong organizational skills: high attention to detail, consistent follow through
! Self-starter: proactive, creative, resourceful, decisive, resilient
! Ability to influence others in a productive manner to improve business processes and results 
! Strong analytical and process development skills with the ability to provide actionable recommendations
! Ability to articulate financial results & issues to senior management and non-financial audiences
! Retail/apparel industry experience a plus
