We're looking for out next Retail Allocator North to be a trusted member of the Geo Retail Trading team to support brand/category E2E strategy. You'll perform product initial allocations to the store level and managing in season replenishment according to store needs and stock capacities. You'll work with Inventory Management and Order Fulfillment partners to improve stock opportunities across DC’s.

About the Job! You'll translate seasonal buy plan into orders to stores, analyze the order files and ensure maximized on time and complete order conversion (pre-shipments, force allocation etc.) in line with store capacities.
! You'll review orders blocked for exceptions (system rejections (VIR, J0), delivery blocks, credit blocks, past RDD etc.), take actions to maximize conversion.
! You'll update weekly allocation parameters to improve store/door sell through with automated replenishment system.
! You'll apply specific parameters for stock build up for upcoming peak periods/lower trading periods with in season trading strategy.
! You'll analyze outcome of replenishment orders to ensure accurate shipments to store and minimize workload in store/business impact in case of IT issues generating incorrect orders.
! You'll build store opening orders for new stores.
! You'll report analysis of orders and fill rate; provide ad-hoc reporting needs.
! You'll visit retail stores to gather market intelligence and reflect essential take outs in replenishment strategy.\

Start date: as soon as possible.

About You! You have minimum a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Retail Management and Business/Administration or Engineering.
! You have 1-2 years in a corporate environment (apparel industry preferred) with Stock Management experience and Apparel industry preferred. 
! You have technical proficiency with computer software tools and you are a fast to learn new ones.
! You are proficient in excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets).
! You are comfortable with analyzing a big amount of data, including the ability to identify and communicate implications from consumer, internal and marketplace information and you consider that you are a problem-solver.
! You like having different projects simultaneously and have a focus on collaborative, diverse and international teamwork.
! May be required for exceptional travel up to 10% of the time (market visit, customer or internal meetings).
