In this role as the Manager, Global Workforce Optimization, you will use your expertise with KRONOS Workforce Management (WFM) to support the optimization of our current workforce management system by ensuring payroll is used optimally across all stores globally in order to improve productivity and efficiency.

Responsibilities
!
Optimize Workforce Management and labor scheduling across the global fleet; build new labor standards, capture in the labor model and deploy

!
Provide Subject Matter Expert leadership in Workforce Management and labor scheduling

!
Manage initiatives to develop accurate labor standards, capture these in the labor model and deploy into Kronos

!
Manage regions in mapping operational processes and developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that support the new processes with input from the field, training, and communication departments

!
Support Global Productivity Team in growing top line sales while optimizing labor for Retail Business; developing decks to communicate these results to all levels of the organization

Qualifications
! Engineering/Industrial Engineering Undergrad degree required
! Masters in an analytical field combined with Engineering Degree/Background preferred
! Expertise in KRONOS Workforce Management, retail analytics, data modeling, store operations, project management and developing labor standards 
! Specialized knowledge of retail processes and the ability to take a global perspective
! Experience working with a diverse group of team members cross functionally and making essential decisions
! Understand the broad business and global effects of strategic program decisions
! Ability to lead and work in a detailed, hands-on systems capacity
! The vision and desire to lead a complex, diverse, cross-regional program
! System configuration experience is a plus
