Levi Strauss Europe (LSE) is looking for a Senior eCommerce Fulfillment Specialist, based in our European headquarters in Diegem, Belgium. In this role you will own the backend fulfillment (warehousing and logistics) for Levi.com/ Dockers.com, with the goal of delivering a flawless consumer experience when it comes to B2C delivery in all countries across LSE.

Responsibilities:
! Resource planning: rolling forecasting every month to assure accurate resource planning; drive peak planning on weekly, daily and hourly schedules for 2 DC’s (UK and Germany)
! Manage the annual budget and own the relationship with the fulfillment and distribution partner, working with them day-to-day as well as prepare quarterly business reviews together with the eCommerce Leadership team, ensure that our partner delivers against the contractual SLAs and our LS&Co sustainability targets.
! Plan and forecast the Opex for warehousing and distribution
! Define and manage our transportation network across more than 15 local carriers across LSE in order to meet the target of market standard delivery in every country.
! Drive and manage business analytics (funnel report, EOM/WMS/TMS report) and market research
! Work very closely with partners across the LSE digital team: planning, Site Merch and Front End team, Marketing/ Demand Gen/ CRM, finance.
! Collaborate with the product and technology teams in San Francisco on all projects that touch warehousing and logistics
! Lead and manage successfully from daily incident management to critical situations needing prompts escalation, alignment and solid action plans.
! Collaborate and join projects on various areas; technology implementation, market distribution, innovation, etc.

Requirements:
! 5-7 years of relevant professional experience
! BA/BS or University degree in supply chain, operations, business management or similar
! SAP ERP or equivalent
! JIRA agile project management or equivalent
! Experience with end2end testing from business perspective, work together with IT and Business Engagement for Back end testing.
! Understand OMS, WMS, TMS (order-, warehouse- and transport management systems)
! Confident dealing with complex data sets and processes, good knowledge of Excel (formulas, tables, etc.)
! Ability to work effectively across a number of functions with the objective to deliver to our consumers flawlessly and support the growth of the business
! Fluent in English
! Excellent stakeholder management
! Experience managing cross-functional projects, including external and internal stakeholders
! Strong understanding of online and commercial landscape
! Data-driven decision making and quantitative analytical skills

Travel:  20 – 30% this includes market/role specific events as well as regular visits to the UK and Germany DC.
