The Front-End UI Lead Developer will work collaboratively within Levis Global Marketing Team alongside business stakeholders, strategists and campaign managers from Web Creative & Design, Creative Services, Campaign Management, Online/Email Marketing, Marketing Intelligence, & Marketing Reporting & Analytics. Additionally the developer may work with any one of our External customer groups to complete assigned projects.
Key Results:
! Create working website/web application prototypes from comps.
! Hand-code HTML, Javascript, CSS files needed to support project development.
! find unique ways to expand role and contribute to overall Digital Marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
! Help develop moderately complex to complex digital solutions for our public-facing websites, landing pages.
! Use responsive web development principles to bring to life user interfaces.
! Use a text editor to write code and a content management system to deploy webpages to server.
! Research solutions for webpage/digital/mobile experiences.
! Work with product owners, CX interactive designers, visual designers, IT analysts, other web developers, project managers, vendors and partners to understand the design requirements and translate into well-formed code.
! Advocate for the end-user and always wants to achieve quality online experiences.
! Promote user-centered design principles and uphold online styles and standards.
! Identify opportunities for improved online services, participate in brainstorming and help internal clients consider requirements and options for the best possible solution.
! Code, tests and implements new solutions, enhancements and fixes with great attention to detail and quality assurance for multiple screens.
! Perform production support and troubleshooting, including website monitoring and maintenance.
! Be a an expert and represent working groups.
