ABOUT THE JOB
• Manage the operational performance management process and operational end to end for whs.com, including weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting.
• Consistently communicate the strategies and process tracking performance to the operations, planning and supply teams, leadership and other relevant functions.
• Work with data analytics and finance teams on implementing and integrating sell out and digital consumer insights reporting tools for whs.com
• Build and maintain strong relationships with x-functional partners to facilitate continuous end to end business process improvement. Promote efficient and IT lead methodology and thinking across the organization.
• Innovate on x-functional initiatives that connect different processes together through effective use of data analytics.
• Be the go to expert for supply chain capabilities, especially outside of operations core functions.
• Develop, maintain and track business performance metrics and benefit metrics that directly impact the operations strategy.
• Be a primary point of contact for planning, finance and supply teams to communicate business and operational performance KPI’s.
• Understand current and future customer needs, define features, determine success criteria, validate solutions, and evaluate customer satisfaction.
• Ensure teams have the full context and understanding of customers and business environment to create valuable solutions.
• Assess the business impact of different solutions and the trade-offs between customer needs, technology requirements and costs.
• Understand how our operational processes and systems are performing, the level of customer satisfaction, and provide suggestions for improvements.
• Understand current and future customer needs, define features, determine success criteria, validate solutions, and evaluate customer satisfaction.
• Ensure teams have the full context and understanding of customers and business environment to create valuable solutions.
• Assess the business impact of different solutions and the trade-offs between customer needs, technology requirements and costs.

ABOUT YOU
• Technology expertise in Commercial  and Accounts Payable systems, or related supply chain disciplines
• In-depth knowledge of the relationship between business process and the integration or improvement of new capabilities.
• Ability to act as a mentor to junior members and provide direction to the team on standards, processes, technologies, and deliverables.
• Demonstrated leadership of cross-functional work including experience resolving complex issues with all levels of the organization
• Demonstrated ability to respond to and prioritize changing demands effectively
• Advanced critical thinking and ability to creatively solve complex, unique problems with large business impact
• Effective collaboration and relationship management
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to influence others internally and externally?
