We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Intern, based in our European Headquarter in Brussels to join the E-Commerce team and act as support of the Performance Marketing manager. The role of performance marketing intern will support both the European E-commerce and digital media teams by creating strong brand equity and developing a good understanding of today’s complex consumer journeys.

This is an excellent opportunity to learn all about the ins and outs of (digital) marketing at a leading denim brand.

Identify new partnership opportunities across multiple markets and for the two LS&Co. brands

Compile media exposure to gain insights on publisher performance

Ensure our brand (visual) content is up to date and in line with our guidelines

Review the media investment across publishers to deliver KPI goals

!
Responsible for the sale validation process after returns and cancellations

Monitor the weekly channel trends and KPIs in line with the latest media plans

Support in identifying and setting up new brand partnerships

Responsible for the accurate activation of promotions across all EU markets and for the two LS&Co. brands

Compile changes to ad copy in a comprehensive overview

Ensure all keyword lists are up to date and match the current product offering

Help with preparing performance media decks for key internal and external stakeholders

Help with ad hoc web analytics reporting

Help monitor performance media KPIs and trends across markets and brands

Monitor and act upon trends in the performance landscape (new betas, media consumption trends etc)

ABOUT YOU
!
You have a university degree with a background in business administration, Digital Marketing or Media studies.

!
You have excellent analytical skills, capable of quickly reading data and identifying trends

!
You're a good communicator and have solid interpersonal skills; you’re not afraid of asking questions when needed.

!
You enjoy working in a team

!
You’re able to prioritize tasks when working on different projects, keeping the bigger picture in mind

!
You have a strong interest in online retail and the digital media landscape

!
Basic knowledge of a web analytic tool, such as Adobe Omniture, is appreciate

Start date: as soon as possible for 6-12 months.
