The Product & Experience team builds new product features that serve millions of customers across our web, app, and store shopping channels. We are extending these next generation experiences in our European Region and are looking for a rock-star performer to lead the product & experience roadmap for Europe, communicate with key stakeholders, and launch these new experiences. You will play a leading role in shaping the way in which people interact with our digital shopping technology.  You will report to the VP, Product and Experiences, Global DTC.

Responsibilities 
!
Lead product strategy and vision supported by consumer insights, internal data, external analysis and benchmarks, and business focus areas 

!
Define and highlight market differentiators in our products with respect to local competition  

!
Build a portfolio framework and storyline to anchor feature planning at each release  

!
Co-develop user scenarios and product requirements for feature planning and execution  

!
Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key partners globally 

!
Create wireframes, write design specifications, and present recommendations for new features in our ever-evolving platform 

!
Manage prioritization and trade-offs among customer experience, performance and operational support requirements. 

!
Define creative, high quality, simple product requirements and roadmaps based on product strategy. 

!
Plan, oversee, and execute the research, data gathering, and studies required to produce thoughtful product evolutions 

!
Maintain processes to ensure project management documentation, reports and plans are relevant, accurate and complete 

!
Be a great communicator and listener to gain endorsement from European leadership  

!
Be a first class partner and negotiator with developers to understand their needs and take their asks as input to our roadmapping 

!
Be the voice and the champion of the end users and our developers

!
Build strong relationships across Europe and facilitate communication between cross-divisional groups 

Qualifications 

!
Location: Europe, preferably Brussels, London  

!
Travel is expected and required 

!
8+ years of experience in product management, product development, e-commerce, management consulting, quantitative analysis, or a similar field. 

!
4+ years of experience specifically in mobile product management, or product development 

!
4+ years experience performing quantitative analysis, preferably for a web, mobile, or other technology company 

!
Prior experience in building Loyalty and Membership programs is a plus 

!
Degree in math, statistics, engineering, computer science, economics, or other quantitative field 

!
Experience in crafting a convincing roadmap for a broad suite of feature offerings that form a coherent service 

!
Self-motivated and proactive, with proven creative and critical thinking capabilities

!
Excellent communication and presentation skills, written and verbal, to all levels of an organization, especially to senior executives and non-engineering stakeholders 

!
Interpersonal communication skills with expertise distilling complicated technical topics to a broader audience 

!
Great skills in cross-functional, multi-language based collaboration between engineering and non-engineering functions such as marketing, legal, developer relationship, and local regulatory and standards 

!
Innate drive to improve how things work, strong technical skills with an eye for design and user experience  

!
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to respond to feedback and implement ideas in a changing environment 

!
Deep understanding of European user needs and market trends, and the landscape of e-commerce and retail technologies and areas of applications  

!
Fluency in spoken and written (at a native speaker level) in German or French, and English
