RENT CONTROL is in search of a Senior Graphic Designer to join the team in Irvine, CA.
POSITION SUMMARY //
Rent Control is looking for a thoughtful and enthusiastic Senior Graphic Designer to join our team of designer/musicians, designer/athletes and designer/designers. We are looking for a person who has experience with all forms of graphic design, presentations, concept & campaign creation, and collaborating with other creative people (colleagues and clients). We’re looking for someone with a passion for life and learning.
Someone who gets the beach, digs the mountains, loves music, art, culture, and understands the balance between life and work. This person must have had prior experience working in a team as they will work with the entire staff, as well as vendors and clients, to constantly develop creative visual strategies and successful work. This person must have a pro-active nature and an understanding of deadlines.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES // As Sr. Graphic Designer you will be responsible but not limited to the following:
• Create design concepts for all media relating to brand including: brand campaigns, catalogs, print ads, digital collateral (online ads, video advertising, e-blasts), brand identity, packaging, website design, and P.O.P.
• Assist Art Director in presenting all visual branding concepts to directors, brand managers, and pertinent Brand Group.
• Assist Art Director in the creation of visual design branding briefs.
• Collaborate in any necessary photo shoots and assist in providing direction to photographers in order to achieve desired photography needs.
• Prepare and coordinate printing with printers to ensure all printing details are understood, most cost-efficient methods have been considered, and deadlines are met.
• Additional projects/assignments as needed
