About the job
We are seeking an Account Manager to join the Dimensions in Screen Printing team. As an Account Manager, your primary responsibilities will be to process, maintain and monitor assigned customer accounts and their orders throughout production. The ability to navigate in a fast paced environment where detail orientation and prioritization is essential will be the key to your success. This position will report directly to the Production Director while working in collaboration with other production managers and various team members.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Manual entry of purchase orders, ensuring all elements associated with each order are accurate and ready to reach the production process in a timely manner
• Order management including but limited to, inventory availability, pricing updates, production design navigation, order quality tracking, and shipment window management
• Ability to manage outstanding issues with a strong focus on problem solving and the capability to find resourceful, expedited solutions
• Providing detailed reporting to the Production Director. Communicating key priorities and needs
• Providing excellent customer service, development knowledge, and up-to-date production standings
• Managing dependable customer communication, both written and verbally
• Other duties may be assigned, as needed or required
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Comprehensive understanding of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Time management, prioritization, and organization skills are essential
• Self-starter with the ability to follow through and work independently
• Ability to multitask while upholding a focused attention to detail
• Ability to establish and maintain quality, professional relationships with team members, customers, and vendors both internally and externally
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven work experience as an Account Manager or related field
• Experience in the Screen Printing industry required
• Solid experience in customer service
• Understanding of the clothing manufacturing industry is a plus
