GoPro is looking for a Recruiting Lead to act as a coach/player for our US-based recruiting organization to partner with our business units to determine their key needs. Showing creativity with recruiting strategies that help scale the company to our next level of growth, you will act as recruiting lead for all recruiting programs domestically. Reporting to our Sr Director of People, you will strategically align with the business, and facilitate the identification and acquisition of top talent to fit company needs. Leveraging your deep experience in full-cycle recruiting, you are tasked with mentoring and assisting our high performing recruiting team. Additionally, 70% of your time will be dedicated to carrying requisitions as well.

You have a comprehensive understanding of full lifecycle recruitment in support of short and long-term business objectives and as well as how to get the best out of recruiting team members. A team coach as well as an individual contributor, success will be measured by bringing qualified employees to GoPro in an effective and efficient manner; as well as ensuring other members of the recruiting team are on track with their recruiting initiatives, as they partner with various GoPro business functions.
Help build team vision for Recruiting
Partner with People Team in design and delivery of innovative recruiting programs
Partner closely with senior leaders and hiring managers to determine their business needs and hire the right talent
Build team morale and communicate recruiting initiatives with People Team
Build a repeatable, scalable recruiting process in partnership with the People Operations team
Drive offer process including offer approval, closing candidates, and helping other recruiters in their closing initiatives
Work with our People Operations team in the development of recruiting reporting and metrics
Help improve back-end recruiting operations capabilities, including holistically looking at sourcing, screening, and coordination functions
Grow the team with a contingent recruiting workforce as necessary
Ensure company compliance with applicable regulations affecting hiring practices
Act as a champion of GoPro and our Recruitment team
Skills We're Stoked About
8+ years recruiting, HR and sourcing experience for a combination of a search firm and/or in-house recruiting team where you have consistently qualified, networked and strategized hiring
Prior experience coaching and enhancing the productivity of other recruiting team members including sourcers and coordinators at a technology or lifestyle company
BA/BS degree, or equivalent combination of experience in the staffing/recruitment arena
A thorough understanding of workforce planning and departmental objectives to ensure positions are filled as quickly as possible with the most qualified individual.
Excellent interpersonal, communications, organizational, customer service & mentoring skills
Strong internal client relationship management skills displayed by partnering with senior leaders, hiring managers and their teams throughout the hiring process
Experience administrating and selecting applicant tracking and recruitment tools
Ability to adapt to changing priorities while engaging in high-volume team recruitment processes
Ability to travel
