As the Sr. Director of People, you will play a key role on the People leadership team, leading several critical People functions including companywide Organizational Development; Learning & Development; Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging (at GoPro, we call this DIB); the domestic People Business Partner function; and Talent Acquisition.
Oversee GoPros combined business partner and talent acquisition function, leading a high-caliber, business-focused team to support all of GoPro employees full life cycle from Recruitment to Talent Management
Lead Opportunity Lab, GoPros innovative Learning and Development program, overseeing the OD team and supporting overall L&D global strategy
Work with the VP, People to lead the companys Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging strategy, including leading the DIB Council, GoPros strategic steering committee for DIB
Partner with senior leaders across the company to help teams become more successful, and increase organizational effectiveness
Partner with the People Leadership team to help design and drive People-strategy forward companywide

15+ years in Organizational Development and People Leadership
A business-first, strategic people approach
Deep experience leading HR Business Partner functions, Organizational Development, Learning and Development, and Diversity and Inclusion programs
Recruiting background preferred, experience in building out strong employment brand through strong recruiting programs
High degree of fluency in Excel, and in presentation tools such as Keynote and PowerPoint, as well as overall tech savvy-ness
Bachelors degree, with an advanced degree preferred
