GoPros Global Sales Operations team is looking for an experienced and motivated candidate for the role of Senior Manager Sales Operations covering North, Central & South America based in San Mateo, California. Our goal is to be a best in class supplier globally to our retail and distributor partners and this role will have a big part in making that happen. We are looking for a collaborative and experienced Senior Manager who will own the Americas regions from a Sales Operations perspective. Working with the regional teams the Senior Manager will be responsible for three functions; Account Planning, Demand Planning and Order Administration.

Responsibilities
Lead NA account planning team to ensure short-term planning/customer forecast aligns with long-term forecast and quarterly revenue plan meets target plan for the region.
Communicate to Sales team any red flags in weekly remaining to ship and track quarterly revenue. Report risks in FOB estimates, monthly and quarterly revenue
Work with Sales leadership on ideas for bridge plan to close the gap in short-term quarterly rev vs Target and S&OP
Provide updates on sell-thru trends, channel inventory WOS, promo performance etc especially for BB accounts during EOL, launch, promos
Foster relationships with the accounts and provide guidance/feedback to accounts/account planners regarding their forecasts especially if there are gaps between customer forecast and long-term forecast or promo lift assumptions
Lead weekly team meetings to
Analyze week over week variance, major unit variance by accounts by product category, what-if requests, safety stock strategy, NPI planning, EOL planning, promo planning before syncing with the commit planning team
Communicate to AP team highlights of monthly S&OP, action items from S&OP meeting, business strategy, key decisions made regarding promos/launch/EOL etc
Lead the team on planning for NPI (load-ins and mix) and EOL skus (LTS and ramp down)
Build & analyze the demand plan for the NA region.
Understanding of the O2C cycle including disty & direct models
Attain and drive improvements to Key Performance Indicators, including forecast accuracy & revenue management.
Comfortable reviewing documentation required to book a transaction, including sales documents, legal agreements, customer purchase orders, etc.
Ability to deliver accuracy to guarantee consistent integrity in financial reporting in a fast-paced environment where agility is imperative
Anticipate and identify issues and initiate actions to ensure orders are processed timely and efficiently
Drive business process improvements with the goal of creating a best in class order management process
Create and utilize in-depth analytical tools to support issue resolution, decision making, and execution oversight.
Provide thoughtful leadership and direction to peers through training and coaching.
Provide leadership outside of Sales Operations to help drive positive results.
Skills Were Stoked About
Bachelors degree (MBA/Masters a plus)
APICS certification
NetSuite experience a plus
CPFR experience a plus
3-5 years of order administration experience
3-5 years of management experience
3-5 years of experience in data analytics, demand planning (CE experience preferred)
Strong analytical skills, experience with large data sets and data analysis including financial scenario analysis must have amazing excel skills! (vlookups, if statements, macros)
Self-motivated, comfortable working with ambiguity and managing complexity in a global, fast-paced organization
Must be open to change!

Knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and leading-edge technology
Excellent communication skills, including strong written and presentation skills
Working knowledge with prior demand planning software a plus
