GoPro is seeking a Sales Coordinator to join the Americas Sales Team. The position will assist in the development and execution of data driven projects and programs. This role will work extremely closely with the Sales, Sales Ops, Training, Product and Consumer marketing teams to help manage and create innovative strategies and tactics.
The ideal candidate will have experience with assisting with day to day administration tasks, developing presentations, collecting data, leading and managing projects and comfortable working with cross-functional teams. This position is a stepping stone into GoPro and will allow you to move around within the company. Ideally, we are looking for candidates who are interested to grow in the sales and/or channel marketing realm.
What You Will Do
Support the sales teams with daily tasks such as; planning events, helping with tradeshows, customer visits, and any coordination.
Gather customer data, consumer insight to develop and consolidate sales strategy programs
Monitor third party channel data and develop weekly executive summary recaps
Create, develop, and monitor data collection programs across cross-functional team
Gather common feedback and alerting team to any immediate issues
Manage multiple internal projects and programs within defined budgets
Facilitate regular communication keeping sales team up to speed on all GoPro initiatives
Perform administrative tasks including: calendar management, international and domestic travel arrangements, help with preparing and tracking purchase orders.
Help with daily appointments and business obligations
Complete expense reports in a timely fashion
Arrange and coordinate logistics for on-site and off-site meetings and private dinners
Skills Were Stoked About
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
1-3 years of experience with coordination or administrative work
Extremely organized and can multitask effectively
Quick on your feet and able to problem solve on the fly
Personable and conversational
Strong writing skills and well-versed in PowerPoint and Excel
Apassionate for and ability to thrive in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment with minimal direction because you love wearing multiple hats on daily basis!
Natural curiosity you're innovative and constantly looking for ways to improve upon things
You're self-driven, have superior organizational skills, integrity and you follow through on tasks. You dont get overwhelmed easily. Completing tasks and requests? No problem!
Youre highly engaged in the retail and consumer electronics space and are passionate about keeping up with the latest trends.
