We are seeking an energetic, experienced Sr CRM Manager who will lead the entire CRM expertise and be responsible for driving customer acquisition and retention strategies across multiple channels, globally. The ideal candidate is an individual who possesses an acute business sense, adheres to companys high-level goals and is able to translate them into strategic directions, can demonstrate out-of-the box thought leadership, is a great team player and excels at building productive relationships in order to advance company goals first.
Lead the strategic approach to CRM for the company, with the objective of driving customer acquisition, engagement and retention for all GoPro products, apps and services via email, mobile and web browser notifications
Define and benchmark success KPIs as well as reporting requirements based on overall marketing goals and objectives
Define/refine segmentation and test and learn strategies both within and across multiple digital engagement channels
Work closely with Analytics and Data platform teams to define data tracking requirements as well as program-level and user-level analyses
Own relationships with vendors to optimize day-to-day operations
Collaborate with Creative team to define and deploy on-brand direct response oriented cross-channel creative executions
Skillfully lead, inspire and develop the rest of the CRM team
Nurture and grow cross-functional relationships with other teams such as product marketing, advertising, social, PR, analytics, e-commerce and mobile development
Evangelize CRM mission, strategy and performance at all levels of the organization
Oversee and manage budget
Skills Were Stoked About
8-10 years of experience in CRM, email and mobile marketing
Ideally, previous experience working on relevant lifestyle or e-commerce brands either on the client or agency side
Proven ability to collaborate across teams and territories
Energetic multitasker who is comfortable switching from strategy to tactics on a daily basis
Analytical, takes a data-driven approach by default
Creative problem-solver and a proven leader, whose diplomatic skills will allow to rally cross-functional teams behind a common solution
Ego-free team player who enjoys bringing other team members along and sharing knowledge
Great written and oral communication skills, with a talent for telling compelling stories and an ability to adapt their message to various internal audiences
Good technical knowledge of marketing automation platforms
Good grasp of CRM best practices
