Responsibilities:
Drive the creation of new cameras supporting the overall product development lifecycle
Define and manage project schedules, dependencies, deliverables and responsibilities
Prioritize team deliverables, tasks, and issues; manage change requests against scheduling and resource constraints
Drive and coordinate the cross-functional camera development cycle across Product, User Experience, Image Quality, Hardware, Mechanical, Wi-Fi, Firmware, Software, Quality, Beta and external vendor/partner teams
Coordinate project reviews; communicate and present status and issues effectively to all levels of the organization, both verbally and in writing
Responsible to prioritize deliverables for both internal and external team members
Skills Were Stoked About:
8+ years firmware/software development project management experience
8+ years hardware/software systems integration experience
Demonstrated competency in the execution of multiple or complex projects with a track record of success, ideally in consumer electronics
Experience with embedded systems, connectivity (Bluetooth/Wi-Fi/emerging), and imaging systems preferred
Familiar with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies and able to apply them where best suited
BS/BA degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
Able to work independently with little direction and multi-task in a fast-paced, chaotic environment, handling various projects at once while being extremely productive and timely
Comfortable with uncertainty, thrives in ambiguity
Solid understanding of MS Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint/Keynote, Confluence, and JIRA
