This is an analyst role within the HR Operations function. The position will be responsible for maintaining and developing compensation programs to help GoPro attract, retain, and motivate talent. This position will also be responsible for supporting various aspects of the Workday System.ResponsibilitiesCompensation Analyst
Participate in the design and implementation of compensation programs and policies.
Conduct base salary and merit analysis and recommend salary structure and budget increases.
Participate in semi-annual compensation review process (manage calendar, draft communications, support tools, audit data, etc.)
Manage participation in third party compensation surveys and partner with HRIS to automate survey submission process.
Helps implement special compensation programs or incentive systems for all employees or for specific groups to support the organization's objectives.
Analyzes company compensation policies in relation to government wage and hour regulations, prevailing rates for similar jobs in comparable industries or geographic areas, and recommends changes as appropriate to establish and maintain competitive rates.
Conducts job analysis to determine appropriate salary level according to compensation guidelines and policy.
Prepare ad-hoc and regular management reports and metrics.
This position may also be responsible for supporting various aspects of the Workday System.
Skills Were Stoked About
Bachelors degree in math, science, business, HR or related field.
3-5 years of related experience
Fundamental knowledge of compensation market pricing methodology
STRONG Excel skills
Workday experience a plus
