We are seeking a talented cost accountant/analyst to join our Finance Team supporting the Operations organization. The successful candidate will partner with our Operations Team to ensure accurate recording of manufacture variances and manage operating expense budgets, financial planning and headcount. Our ideal candidate is a well-rounded top performer who can work closely with Operations, provide supports in financial planning and decision making in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
Work with logistics team to coordinate and execute annual standard cost roll and periodic new item cost for all locations.
Provide work order variance, PPV, absorption and other manufacture expenses analysis and prepare monthly entries and reconciliations.
Prepare warranty accrual entries & monthly reconciliations, provide trend analysis and liability forecast
Work with manufacture team to monitor operational expenses including capital spending and provide forecasting
Support manufacture ad-hoc analysis, related reporting, internal and external audit requirements.
Skills Were Stoked About
Good working knowledge of product costing, variance analysis and financial forecasting
Strong analytical skill, detail oriented, experienced with data mining
Great communication skills, is a team player
Proficient with excel and skillful in dealing with ERP system
Minimum 5-6 years of hands-on costing and management accounting experiences in a dynamic multinational company manufacturing environment
