As a highly consumer-centric and data-driven organization, GoPro has an incredible opportunity for a high-impact Sr Analyst who is passionate about learning why consumers act and feel the way they do and delivering a compelling narrative to cross-functional teams across the company. Were looking for versatile thinkers who can work cross-functionally and drive research projects from ideation to analysis to actionable and strategic recommendations.
Responsibilities
Will be the resident expert on our owner and community insights and bring the voice of the customer to marketing and product teams, focusing on areas such as brand awareness, interest drivers and barriers, and customer segmentation
Manage a global consumer research panel to ensure community health, engagement, and representation
Understand ongoing company initiatives and identify opportunities to address key strategic questions that can be answered through consumer insights
Design, program, and analyze consumer research projects, working closely with Product, Product Marketing, and Design teams
Work with Insights, Analytics, and UX Research to identify key behavioral and motivational insights to build a comprehensive and compelling narrative
Effectively communicate research findings across the organization, from peers to senior leadership

Skills Were Stoked About
3+ years experience in a Consumer Insights, market research, or analytics role
Hands-on experience writing and programming surveys
Strong analytical thinking
Highly detail-oriented and organized at managing multiple initiatives and projects
Comfort with ambiguity and a rapidly evolving business landscape
Strong stakeholder management skills, both for internal and external stakeholders
Strong Excel and Powerpoint skills, with ability to present clearly and concisely from peers to executive level
Ability to understand and appreciate qualitative research, and to evaluate when different research methodologies are more appropriate for the business question
Self-starter, thrives in a fast-paced team environment
Experience with Tableau and Qualtrics a plus
Comfort with statistical research methods and performing these analyses a plus
