GoPro.com is our global flagship store with 187 countries, 13 currencies, 9 languages and is the only direct-to-consumer channel for the company. The GoPro Ecommerce Team is seeking a highly motivated Fraud Analyst to manually review transactions that are suspect for fraudulent purchases on GoPro.com. The Fraud Analyst will be responsible for analyzing suspected fraudulent transactions, reporting unauthorized credit card use, determining if transactions are fraudulent, and determining if appropriate fraud rules and processes are in place.
Responsibilities:
Manually review transactions in a manual review queue for fraudulent behavior and identify trends.
Review, research and respond to chargeback inquiries.
Work closely with internal and external partners to monitor and manage fraud incidents.
Review, analyze and take corrective action on all fraud notifications and escalations.
Work closely with other members of the team to continuously improve internal processes whenever necessary.
Must be able to work weekends and non-traditional shifts during high volume seasons.
Requirements:
Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience in the Ecommerce fraud detection and prevention space.
Experience with chargebacks or payments operations preferred.
Effective verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group and support staff.
Must be highly organized and have a commitment to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Self -starter, requires little to no supervision and comfortable taking initiative while quickly grasping concepts, processes and ideas.
Strong attention to detail with a natural curiosity.
General experience with Microsoft Office applications (Microsoft Word, Excel).
Experience with Cybersource Decision Manager a plus.
