Were looking for an experienced campaign maker who can turn marketing objectives into campaign concepts through copy. The advertising copywriter will research, conceptualize and write original content for full-funnel, integrated ad campaigns. Theyll help determine voice, tone, style and structure of content, based on available space, knowledge of editorial principles, aesthetic sense and brand direction. This rockstar writer will work directly with the creative director and copy manager as well as the digital and brand teams, media strategists, art directors and leadership to move ideas from insight to execution globally. Theyll understand the scope and deliverables of a modern, integrated marketing campaign and socialize the inputs and outputs throughout the organization in a focused and cohesive way.
Develop copy across all campaign touch points.
Partner with creative directors, art directors and the copy team to develop global advertising concepts.
Seek out and help define new creative possibilities for brand storytelling, content, rich media ad units, social media programs, original video scripts, traditional and untraditional media.
Assist in communicating and presenting copy to internal teams and leadership.
Monitor the progress of assigned projects through each phase of development.
Ensure accuracy of copy from initial review to final release.
Meet deadlines or work proactively with project managers to adjust schedules.
Contribute ideas beyond normally scheduled projects.
Skills Were Stoked About
5+ years experience in advertising copywriting covering interactive, social, broadcast, static, and narrative storytelling. International experience a major plus.
Well versed in the planning of advertising campaigns across multiple platforms from both a design and copy perspective.
Able to develop complex communication briefs and objectives into intelligent concepts and copy.
Strong storytelling skills, presentation skills and the ability to build cross-functional relationships.
A forward-thinking and positive attitude toward collaboration with other writers and internal teams.
Ability to create and organize copy architecture systems that work across a variety of mediums and objectives.
