As a highly consumer-centric and data-driven organization, GoPro has an incredible opportunity for a statistician with a background working with Consumer Insights survey data and a passion for photo and video technology. This role will conduct advanced statistical analyses on survey data in order to help create better predictive models of consumer behavior across the GoPro portfolio of hardware and software. Helping to design, analyze, and report consumer research, this role will work across the entire Consumer Insights, UX Research, and Analytics teams to improve the actionability of all research and the confidence and predictive power of insights.
Design analytics plan for consumer research projects
Help design consumer research to optimize analytical utility
Work with consumer survey data to create Segments, Driver analyses, Decision Trees, etc
Work with analytics department to help incporate analytics data into consumer research analyses
Generate insights that improve knowledge of the customer
Communicate insights simply and clearly across the organization
Act as a thought leader in the domain of statistical analysis
Skills Were Stoked About
3 + years ofadvanced statistical experience in the field of Consumer Insights and survey data
Significant experience with statistical software such as R, SAS, SPSS
Experience with incorporating R models into Tableau
Experience with analyzing Conjoint or Max Diff data
Experience with programming or analysis in Sawtooth platform
Experience with programming consumer surveys
Experience with programming in Qualtrics platform
