GoPro is looking for a Contract Creative Recruiter to partner with our creative Studio team to ensure we are hiring talent that shares our passion for breaking down boundaries and thinking outside of the box. We are seeking someone who can thrive in a fast-paced environment. To be successful, you must possess a passion for building and maintaining strong professional relationships and developing a deep understanding of our business and its unique challenges. This position is a great opportunity to help drive GoPro's growth and hire the "best of the best". This role is based will be full-time, onsite at our headquarters in San Mateo, CA for the length of the contract (3 months with opportunity to be extended).
Responsibilities
Manage full cycle recruiting process with a focus on creative roles
Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need through various sourcing techniques focused on creative talent
Facilitate interview process and hiring discussions with interviewers and hiring managers
Maintain data reports and performance metrics on a regular basis
Drive offer process, including offer approval, extending offers and closing candidates
Play an active role in employee retention
Act as an internal and external representative of GoPro and our talent acquisition team
Occasional administrative tasks to support the creative team
Skills Were Stoked About
A minimum of 2-3+ years recruiting for a staffing agency or in-house recruiting team
Experience with Greenhouse (or similar ATS), Outlook, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools
Experience recruiting for creative roles: Graphic/Web Designers, Video Editors, PMs etc.
A self-starter that can work autonomously
Passion for GoPro products and ability to speak to our technology/industry
Patient, communicative team player that is detail oriented and has outstanding interpersonal skills
Experience partnering with managers, interviewers, and team members throughout the hiring process
Interest in contributing to GoPro's mission and goals
