Could this be you?What Youll DoManage daily communications between the team and stakeholder teams. Examples of stakeholders teams include eCommerce, CRM, Engineering, Community and Product Marketing
Track project progress against handoff dates and sprint schedules
Manage team capacity and resourcing using story points
Manage the day to day of the Digital team, operating in a modified SCRUM process
Facilitate meetings between the team internally and with company stakeholders. Sample meetings include Kickoffs, Daily Stand-Ups, and Stakeholder Review meetings
Help the team stay focused on work by communicating work priorities and protecting them from external interference
Manage risk by proactively engaging in problem solving and contingency planning when team impediments arise
Collaborate directly with the CRM, eCommerce and Community teams to receive and manage requests, end-to-end
Facilitate collaboration between the team
Help the team define processes and workflows, then helping the team execute and excel at them
Foster team values and principles by encouraging/coaching the team to adhere to the processes developed by the team
Skills We're Stoked About
6+ years of project management experience at a relevant brand or agency
BS/BA degree in Marketing or related field preferred
Experience using resource/project management tools in a work environment
Strong interpersonal communication and collaboration skills
Experience in Website and CRM projects and processes
Experience working in a SCRUM process a plus
Self-Starter
Ability to organize information and concisely present issues, recommendations and conclusions
Superior written and verbal communication
Ability to excel with with little direction
Strong attention to detail
Strong problem solving skills
