We are hiring a Lead Designer to help design the future of GoPro CRM communications.
Were looking for a passionate, well-rounded, kickass Sr. Designer to join the GoPro Studio team and lead the visual redesign of our CRM programs. Were committed to better understanding our diverse global customers; we want to know who they are, what motivates them and how they connect with our products and services. The vehicle may be email, but make no mistakewe are looking for a designer who can think deeply about systems, understands a product approach to UX/UI design, and has the special visual skills needed to create a forward-thinking, multi-faceted design solutions in this medium. This is a focused design project that will run from Summer through the end of 2019 and will overhaul, rethink and upgrade the design of all CRM touch points. Its an opportunity to have a huge impact on mission-critical, global marketing channel for a GoPro.
What You Will Do
Lead the design for our global CRM communications, which includes email, mobile app, and other CRM touch points.
Execute on all phases of the CRM design processfrom originating creative concepts to creating pixel-perfect visuals to handing off files for implementation
Work within our modular CRM system to develop engaging and innovative communications.
Present developed concepts to team members, stakeholders and the executive team.
Skills Were Stoked About
6+ years of digital design experience with mobile, web, or email/CRM products
Experience working with email clients and/or DSPs.
The ability to separate good design from great design and a need to produce the latter.
An outstanding online portfolio, showcasing special instincts in typography, UX, UI, visual design, and ideation.
The ability to simplify a problem, and clearly define ideas.
Experience working and collaborating with diverse teams in a dynamic environment.
Experience partnering with product owners to develop strategy and rationale for features.
A desire to prototype, explore, and convey design solutions.
A strong belief in user-centered design principals.
An ability to solve your own puzzles or reach out quickly to resources.
Experience working in a managed creative and technical process in conjunction with project management software.
Strong ability to present and sell ideas including telling compelling project stories to bring your work to life.
Strong knowledge of responsive UX/UI design.
Experience with Sketch, Invision, Adobe CC.
