This position is responsible for being the liaison between the Creative Department and outside vendors/agencies, teaming up with the Advertising department to ensure deadlines are met and tracking multiple projects across Studio. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of project management software and will be able to adapt to learning new software and/or technologies as needed.
What You Will Do
Coordinating with internal resources and third-party media partners or agencies to execute and deliver projects on time and within budget.
Leading status meetings and continually update status doc to ensure that the team is aware of upcoming deadlines.
Regularly tracking project status and providing updates to stakeholders.
Developing work schedules for various projects to ensure they stay on schedule.
Creating timelines, instructions, and breakdowns for future projects.
Informing project teams of any updates and changes as and when they occur.
Communicating potential problems to project teams and recommending solutions.
Trafficking final assets to media partners/vendors and/or agency.
Understanding the full media spec sheet and translating that into tasks for creative team, while also working with the agency or vendors to ensure that the spec sheet is accurate, and any creative questions are answered.
Collaborating with Advertising Team to identify efficiencies in ad production and delivery process, including organization of assets.
Coordinating the asset review/feedback process with relevant stakeholders.
Skills Were Stoked About
1-2 years of experience in Traffic or Project Management (advertising agency experience preferable).
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
Sound knowledge of project management software.
Proven experience developing schedules and timelines for projects.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Detail-oriented.
The ability to multi-task.
The ability to work in a high-pressure environment.
